Trading as WEST YORKSHIRE SPINNERS LIMITED, registered at Companies House number 03306556.

What we have checked

Every brand here has to clear one test before it is listed at all: the company is a UK legal entity with real activity here. That is a question about the business, and it is deliberately not the same question as where any individual product is made.

• uk registered entity: Companies House record resolves, status active. Number published by the company at https://wyspinners.com/pages/contact. Source, checked 2026-08-29.
• uk hq: Registered office is a UK address: Unit 2 Airedale Park, Keighley, BD21 4DG. This is the registered office, which is not necessarily where the company operates. Source, checked 2026-08-29.
• uk site: Stated by the company: "From carding and combing to spinning and dyeing, the majority of our processes are carried out within a 20-mile radius of our in-house facilities in Keighley, Yorkshire." Source, checked 2026-08-31.
• uk employment: Stated by the company: "a skilled team in our UK mill" Source, checked 2026-08-31.
• uk control: Majority shareholding traced outside the UK: Novita Group Oy [Finland]. Recorded as ownership, not as a gate: majority foreign ownership is shown and does not exclude (§3.1, 2026-09-02). Source, checked 2026-09-01.

We have only checked company registration so far. Evidence of UK employment or a UK site is the next thing we intend to gather, and until we have it we say so on every product rather than implying it.
